Shipping Policy

At Lala & Leo, all of our products are made to order. This means your order is created just for you, which helps us reduce waste and avoid overproduction. We appreciate your patience while we make something special.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
We’re working on expanding to more countries soon! If you’d like us to ship to your region, feel free to email us at Hello@lalaandleo.com.

Processing & Production Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order is produced, it will ship via standard shipping. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery time may vary based on your location, customs processing, and local delivery services.

International Shipping

While most of our items ship from our production partners in China, we currently only support shipping to the U.S. and Canada. International shipping (beyond Canada) is not yet available.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking may take 2–5 days to update, especially for international shipments. If your tracking hasn’t moved in a few days—don’t worry, it’s likely still in transit.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We’re not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
