Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 23, 2025
At Lala & Leo, all of our products are made to order—just for you. Because of this, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What We Accept Returns For:
We’ll offer a refund or replacement if your order:
- Arrives damaged
- Contains a manufacturing or printing defect
- Is the wrong item
To qualify, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
Once approved, we’ll remake or refund the item—no need to return it unless we request it.
What We Don’t Accept Returns For:
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery
Cancellations & Order Changes:
- Orders can only be canceled or changed if production hasn’t started.
- Once your order is in production, we’re unable to make changes.
Production & Shipping Delays:
Most orders ship within 5–15 business days. If your order hasn’t shipped within 15 business days, please reach out to us—we’ll investigate and may offer a partial refund if the delay is significant.
How to Report an Issue:
- Email us at hello@lalaandleo.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number and photos of the issue.
- We’ll get back to you within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
