All our pieces are made to order—no dusty warehouses, no overproduction, just what you actually want. This helps reduce waste (and closet regret). Shipping takes 5–15 business days depending your selected shipping speed (worth the wait, we promise).

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Most orders ship within 5–15 business days. Since everything is made to order and many items are shipped from our partners in China, international shipping can sometimes take a little longer—thanks for hanging in there.

Q: Why does my tracking number look weird / show nothing?

A: Since many of our items ship from overseas, tracking numbers may take 3–5 days to activate. Sometimes it won't show updates until the package clears customs. If it's been more than a week with no movement, reach out—we’ve got you.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Because we make everything just for you, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once the order is placed. But if you email us right away, we’ll do our best to help!

Q: What’s your return policy?

A: All sales are final since everything is made to order—but if your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong thing, we’ll absolutely make it right.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
